My Fiancé purposed last week for by birthday. Let me tell ya... He did GOOD! He mentioned to me how helpful the staff were and educated him on picking out the right diamond. I went into the store a couple days after and they were able to size it down a bit right there on the spot. The store is beautiful and they have an incredible selection on quality jewelry. Thank you for all your help! Absolutely LOVE my ring!

Have worked with Rand Jeweler a few times now for cleanings, resizing and they just finished a custom wedding band for my fiancé. Every time we’ve had a great and professional experience! All employees are very knowledgeable, and their work is fantastic! Highly recommend if you’re looking to work with someone local.

Rand is the absolute best! A couple years ago we upgraded my center stone and Rand new I was looking for something truly special. He researched and sourced several diamonds and brought them in for me to see over the course of a couple appointments. Then he called me to tell me he was bringing one in that he thinks will be "the one." It was absolutely gorgeous and I have been loving it ever since. The service Rand and Don provide is unparalleled. Jewelry is often a celebration of life's special moments and I appreciate having a local business that I can trust for these occasions. Rand Jeweler is a wonderful place to buy and create custom rings. My fiance surprised me with a gorgeous engagement ring that he and my mother designed with Rand. I always refer people here because of the quality service and products. If you create a piece here, it's amazing to know that you have an item made with you in mind.

Had to hop on and thank Rand for his genuine kindness. My wife and I recently got gold wedding bands after getting married and I ordered the wrong size. She called Rand even thought we did not get our jewelry from him, and he offered to take a look at it and resize it same day. He got us in the next day with an appointment. When we arrived early, Rand welcomed us in and had my ring fitting in less than 10 minutes. He was so kind, did this as a courtesy for us and wouldn’t even let me buy him lunch or tip as a thank you. As a small business owner myself, I found so much joy in the way Rand treated us. Rand, I wish you the best in your future endeavors as you move towards retirement! Thank you for being such a gem for our Vancouver community.

It's just magic! Here they repaired a complex lock in my earrings, which could not be done in Fredmayer. My earrings after the repair look like new, even better))) Very nice owners. Thanks a lot.

Such quick helpful repair service!! My engagement ring had prongs that were too long and scratched a bit. Rand was able to shorten and round them out. It looks beautiful! It also makes such a huge difference for comfort =] Thank you!!
